Application Form
It is important for us to make sure that our evangelism outreaches are unified when it comes to essentials of the faith, and that those who partner with us actively serve as members of a local church. This is the purpose of having an application form for those who desire to join us for the first time. If you have participated in past G220 Ministries outreaches you are not required to fill out the application form again unless information on the form has changed. If information has changed we do encourage you to update the form so that we can continue to have unified evangelism partnership with you are out outreaches.
