To ensure that our evangelism outreach events align with sound doctrine and maintain unity in the gospel, we ask all first time participants to complete our screening form. This helps us confirm that everyone is in agreement with our core theological beliefs and prepared to represent Christ faithfully during the outreach. Our goal is to create an environment where believers are equipped to share the message of salvation with clarity and integrity, without any theological misunderstandings. By completing the form, you’re helping us ensure that our outreach efforts are built on a solid biblical foundation.
